At Central Cars, we urgently need self-employed and company drivers to join our busy, professional, family-owned business. If you have been made redundant or are looking to have a change in direction with great earning potential, then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
You will need to be over 21 years of age (for insurance purposes) and have a full UK driving licence. You will also need a suitable vehicle, either your own or rented. Cars to rent on a weekly basis are available for suitable candidates and can be a useful short-term stopgap if you want to purchase your own vehicle at a later date. We have limited space for company drivers to work using our vehicle. A suitable smartphone will also be required, either Android or iPhone. You will be required to have a good temperament and attitude in dealing with the public so excellent customer service skills are necessary. You will need to be helpful, willing, and honest in your approach to our loyal customers and make them feel safe and at ease when using us. We expect to offer only the best service possible to our customers and you will need to be on board with that ethos.
In return we can offer very flexible working hours although you will be expected to help during peak times. You will have the potential to earn as much or as little as you wish, so a self-motivated and disciplined attitude is beneficial and will be reflected in your takings. At the moment we currently have vacancies on nights and weekends so if you are a night owl then this could be your calling! We do have some availability on days as well should you prefer those shifts.
